1. Booking and Payment Terms
1.1 Initial Token Payment: To book a site visit, a non-refundable token payment of ₹15,000 is required at the time of booking. This payment is applied toward the total cost of the service.
1.2 Site Visit Payment: The remaining ₹15,000 is payable during the site visit. This can be paid in cash or via other accepted payment methods.
1.3 Consultancy Report Fees:
Long Report: ₹5,000, payable upon completion of the site visit if the client opts for a long report.
Short Report: ₹3,500, payable upon completion of the site visit if the client opts for a short report.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Client:
Prior to 24 Hours of the Site Visit: If the client cancels the site visit and informs us at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the client will forfeit the non-refundable token payment of ₹15,000.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: If the client cancels the site visit with less than 24 hours’ notice, a penalty of ₹3,000 will be charged in addition to the forfeiture of the token payment. This penalty will be required to reschedule the site visit.
2.2 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their site visit if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the visit will incur the penalty fee mentioned above.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund for Unused Services: If a client cancels the site visit and notifies us at least 48 hours in advance, the ₹15,000 token payment will be forfeited, and any further payments made towards the site visit and reports will be refunded. This refund will occur within 5-7 business days.
3.2 Refund Post-Site Visit: Once the site visit has occurred and the second installment payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes in the type of report requested. The fees for the report (long or short) are non-refundable once the site visit has been completed.
4. Report Delivery
4.1 Report Timeline: The consultancy report will be provided to the client within 3 business days from the date of the site visit.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 Acceptable Payment Methods: Payments for the site visit can be made via cash or other accepted payment methods. Payments for consultancy reports should be made in accordance with the agreed-upon method.
